2015-12-14Im interested in your responses to CTs questions. In the meantime, Ill mention that pressing has caused me elbow pain for about 10 years and the 1 thing I did to help was to stop all direct tricep work. Skull crushers, kickbacks etc had basically given me tennis elbow.
